  • All personal information (e.g., deceased’s details, client contacts) is collected solely for repatriation purposes and stored securely.

 

  • You directly provide DAR Funeral Repatriation with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: Send us a message via any of our secure web contact forms and you use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

 

  • DAR Funeral repatriation collects your data so that we can: Reply to any enquiries you send to us via our secure web contact forms; and email you with special events or other products and services we think you might like.

 

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., airlines, embassies) and only with client consent.

 

  • DAR Funeral Repatriation stores the data we collect via our secure web contact forms on our secure remote email servers. We will keep the data you send to us for a period of five years, or a period that matches the term of your guarantee/warranty if longer than five years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing all records of these emails from our email servers.

 

  • Clients may request access to their data at any time via written request.

DAR Funeral Repatriation may wish to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.
